Actually, these two colorful souls are part of the "Beat Initiative"...and are organizing a parade for St. Patrick's Day in Belfast. They, apparently, are using the ever true approach to parade organizing (sitting around dressed strangely in the hopes that other folks will want to join in). Tom Sawyer would be proud. Although, I believe he would suggest a bit more enthusiasm.
