A wall goes up in Camden (Australia)

AN Islamic school in Camden would be "a breeding ground for terrorists", says a resident who gave evidence in support of Camden Council at an appeal against its decision to block the school.

Judith Bond said the school would teach war and how to kill.

"Values of violence will be emphasised. It will be a breeding ground for terrorists … There will be a surge of gang rapes, looting and attacking infidels," Ms Bond said.

Camden residents presented evidence via DVD at the second day of a hearing to decide whether the $19 million Islamic school should be built on the outskirts of the town south-west of Sydney.

Camdem residents don't seem to be in the "diversity" frame of mind. I admire their conviction, because there will be a concerted outcry labeling them as racist xenophobes. My personal opinion on Islam is that it is based on a fairytale involving a "prophet" who by today's standards would be labeled a pedophile. The religion, on fundamental basis alone, disallows confirmity and peaceful coexistence. Remarkably, the people of Camden (just outside of Sydney, Australia) seem to realize what "perks" come with appeasement. They aren't interested. And, whether or not you think that "teach war and how to kill" is over the top, I think it is immaterial. The religion, itself, teaches racisim, opression of women, and classification based on belief (infidels...blah blah blah). It's a cult.

But on the opening day of the appeal to the Land and Environment Court on Tuesday, council's barrister, Craig Leggat, SC, opened his evidence with a letter signed by a group of the region's Christian leaders, who said Islam was an ideology with a plan for world domination.

I'm looking forward to seeing how this one plays out.

Where's the Irony?

CAIRO — Even in old age the imposingly tall, athletic German known to locals as Tarek Hussein Farid maintained the discipline to walk some 15 miles each day through the busy streets of Egypt’s capital. He walked to the world-renowned Al Azhar mosque here, where he converted to Islam, and to the ornate J. Groppi Cafe downtown, where he ordered the chocolate cakes he sent to friends and bought the bonbons he gave to their children, who called him Uncle Tarek.

Friends and acquaintances here in Egypt also remember him as an avid amateur photographer who almost always wore a camera around his neck, but never allowed himself to be photographed. And with good reason: Uncle Tarek was born Aribert Ferdinand Heim, a member of Hitler’s elite Waffen-SS and a medical doctor at the Buchenwald, Sachsenhausen and Mauthausen concentration camps.

A Nazi murderous creep converting to Islam and fitting like a glove. What an astounding LACK or irony.

“Dr. Heim had a habit of looking into inmates’ mouths to determine whether their teeth were in impeccable condition,” Mr. Kohl said, according to a transcript of the interview. “If this were the case, he would kill the prisoner with an injection, cut his head off, leave it to cook in the crematorium for hours, until all the flesh was stripped from the naked skull, and prepare the skull for himself and his friends as a decoration for their desks.”

As I said...what an astounding LACK or irony.

Haj Ball with the Devil...

More than two million Muslims performing the haj pilgrimage entered the final stage of the rituals Wednesday, visiting the Grand Mosque in Mecca and stoning walls representing the devil one more time.

For a third day pilgrims threw stones at the Jamarat Bridge in the valley of Mena outside the Islamic holy city of Mecca, which has been the scene of numerous stampedes in past years, including one which killed 362 in 2006.

There was no word on whether the Devil was allowed to return throws.

Not important...instead, let's look at a curious trend:

2005--- 1,892,710 Muslims attended with 1,419,706 arriving from abroad.
2006--- 2,130,594 Muslims attended with 1,557,447 arriving from abroad.
2007--- Nearly 2.4 Million Muslims attended with over 1.6 Million from abroad.
2008--- "At Least" 2.4 Million Muslims attended with over 1.72 Million from abroad.

Anyone notice a trend:

Besides the fact that the overall participation is increasing incrementally...you can't miss that the participation from abroad is growing at a rate of about 100,000 per year.

Isn't immigration and the slow creep of Sharia influence just absolutely wonderful?

Defending their so-called religion...again.

In a statement posted Thursday on the Islamist rebel web site Kavkazcenter.com, a group called the Kataib al-Khoul, also known as the Ossetian Jamaat, said one of its senior leaders shot and killed Karayev as he stepped into his silver Mercedes at about 9 a.m. Wednesday. The statement said Karayev was killed because he ordered a crackdown in Vladikavkaz on women wearing traditional Muslim garb in the wake of the Nov. 6 attack by a female suicide bomber in the city that left 12 people dead.

With all the activity and Islamic butchery in Bombay, this Islamic assassination of the mayor of the North Ossetian capital, Vladikavkaz, didn't get much play. North Ossetia is a republic that is mostly Christian found in the North Caucasus (which is predominately Muslim).

I'm curious...since it appears that it is acceptable for Muslims to "defend" their religion by any means necessary...does that mean that they wouldn't be upset should Christians take on the same Modus Operandi?

Incidentally, the "Islamist rebel" website mentioned above is hosted in lovely and picturesque Sweden.
