Plea deal? The milk already expired!!!

Najibullah Zazi, the Colorado airport shuttle driver accused in an alleged plot to attack New York City with homemade bombs, is cooperating with authorities in preparation for an apparently plea deal, the Associated Press reports.
Plea Deal!!!!????

Just to make sure I have this straight. This clown is in the process of making bombs in Colorado with the specific intention of driving to New York and blowing something up. He has explosives training courtesy of an al-Qaeda terror camp in Pakistan. Hence, he is a freakin' terrorist. He is an enemy to this country...and he is human excrement.

Zazi's apparent cooperation suggests that prosecutors hope to expand the case and bring charges against other suspects in his case and possibly other terror probes, the AP says.
This dirtbag, mouthbreathing troglodyte was arrested in September 2009. What possible unpersishible information could he provide that would be of any use to anyone five months after being picked up? The Department of Justice dog and pony show is absolute fatalism and prescribed suicide. The pissant terrorist should have been bled of his possible information five months ago while the "milk" was still fresh.

For every action (or non-action) there is an equal and opposite...

NEWARK, N.J. (AP) -- A coalition of Muslim groups is calling for Muslims to stop fully cooperating with the FBI.

The American Muslim Taskforce on Civil Rights and Elections is upset over what it says is increasing government surveillance in mosques, new federal guidelines they say encourage profiling, and the FBI's suspension of ties with the nation's largest Muslim civil rights group.
Plus...you know...the current Administration is implying there are no repercussions for being an enemy of the State. Actions speak louder than words, and reactions usually follow.

Remember this quote...

''We are absolutely confident that we have the tools necessary to get the information we need to keep this country safe,'' senior presidential adviser David Axelrod said Sunday. ''And we don't believe and the president of the United States does not believe that this is a contest between our values and our security. He thinks we can honor both and execute both. And that's what he's going to do.''
As the Obama Administration dismantles our defense here and abroad, I would suggest that we all remember this quote delivered on April 20th, 2009. Since 9/11/01 there have been no significant terrorist attacks on US soil. If that continues...I will be elated. If it does not, the quote above provides sufficient cause as to where to lay the blame.

UPDATE:
"One of the things that I find a little bit disturbing about this recent disclosure is they put out the legal memos, the memos that the CIA got from the Office of Legal Counsel, but they didn't put out the memos that showed the success of the effort," Cheney said.

Cheney said he's asked that the documents be declassified because he has remained silent on the confidential information, but he knows how successful the interrogation process was and wants the rest of the country to understand.

"I haven't talked about it, but I know specifically of reports that I read, that I saw, that lay out what we learned through the interrogation process and what the consequences were for the country," Cheney said. "I've now formally asked the CIA to take steps to declassify those memos so we can lay them out there and the American people have a chance to see what we obtained and what we learned and how good the intelligence was."
I am afraid that this dangerous path taken by President Obama will have repercussions. While I would like to see him fail in his Socialistic tendencies, and other far Left applications to our country, I would never wish a failure here. However, were I to classify the various errors he has made since in office, this one far out-weighs all the others put together.

Terrorists are Combatants...not criminals.

WASHINGTON—A federal judge said he would approve a 25-year sentence agreed to as part of a plea deal with Wesam al-Delaema, who videotaped himself and others showing off roadside bombs they said they would use to kill Americans.

But District Judge Paul Friedman acknowledged the actual time the defendant will receive in a Dutch court is beyond U.S. control. On Wednesday, he encouraged the Netherlands to impose the 25-year sentence on the Iraq war insurgent.
Here we go with the "treating terrorists as law breakers" nonsense.

The Netherlands allowed the extradition of this creep to the US on the condition that he be tried in the Courts, and not a Military Tribunal. Well, he was...and he saw the "life in prison" light blinking, so he cut a deal that awarded a 25 year sentence.

Ok...I can live with that.

But, that isn't likely to happen. Instead, the Dutch Courts will take the plea deal under advisement, and then capitulate to the screaming masses of Muslim immigrants who will throw out a few threats, shut down traffic in the major cities...and force the spineless officials in the Netherlands to commute the suggested sentence to something pervertedly short.

Al-Delaema's attorney, Robert Tucker, told Friedman that his client only agreed to the plea deal because they are confident he'll serve less than 25 years in the Netherlands. Tucker said the United States has the most punitive sentencing laws in the world.
There are a voluminous collection of actual videos of this guy taken in Fallujah showing bombs buried in the sand and his scum sucking buddies and he yukking it up over the US soldiers they would kill.

On a side note...here's another bit for "America's Most Stupid Criminals"...

I admire the optimism…but grimace at the naïveté

Horowitz made the prediction while speaking to a George Washington University student group, after being asked about the possibility of U.S.-Iranian conflict. In the event of such a terror attack against the American homeland, Horowitz predicted, there will be widespread public outrage against U.S. liberals.
Guess again on the widespread outrage against liberals.

This is the same country that sat by while Jamie Gorelick parked herself on a commission pointing fingers at the Bush Administration for letting 9/11 occur. Jamie Gorelick was instramental in putting up a wall and enhancing the 1978 Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). She issued a memo in March of 1995 as Deputy Attorney General under the Clinton Administration and Attorney General Janet Reno specifically instructing then-FBI Director Louis Freeh and United States Attorney Mary Jo White that for the sake of "appearances" they would be required to adhere to an interpretation of the wall far stricter than the law required (Opinion Journal).

In short, the commission was made up of individuals who held far more obvious responsibility for 9/11 than those they tried to target. The media more than did their part to support the farce.

My point is simple. Congress is run by the Democrats. The current Administration is run by the Democrats. The current opposition is a sorry sack of spineless do-nothings with limited exceptions. A terrorist attack could occur tomorrow with devestating and horrible consequences...and only one target would emerge from the drama queen commission that would be sure to be set up in haste oozing with partisan accusatory figure heads.

George W. Bush would be their mark. Conservatives would be a generalized cause based on what the media would spin. The spin would paint every true Conservative as intollerant and supportive of policy that created animosity with what Mark Steyn defines as "future facebook friends."

The fencesitting, wind-blowing moderates would gravitate away from the Right to avoid getting lumped in with the falsely and vapidly accused Conservatives. This happens time and time again with no alteration in opposing strategy from the Right. Rarely, does the Left hold such an all encompassing control and power as they do now (Congress, President, and Media). It would be a cakewalk for them instead of a perp walk.

Define "charity"...

An orphanage run by a British charity in Bangladesh has been raided by local security forces who say that it was being used as a training camp and arms factory for Islamic militants.

The Rapid Action Battalion said today that it had arrested four people, including a teacher and three caretakers, and was searching for the head of the charity, a British citizen known only as Faisal.

The arrests came after a raid yesterday on the Green Crescent madrassa and orphanage on the remote southern island of Bhola, Lt Col Munir Haque, an officer involved in the operation, told The Times.
Semantics...terrorists have been manufacturing orphans for years.

Thanks for your input...you have already lost

GENEVA: The U.S. war on terror has done "immense damage" to international law, lacks a credible legal basis and should be repudiated by the administration of President Barack Obama, a panel of eminent judges and lawyers said Monday.

The panel, organized by the International Commission of Jurists, a nongovernmental human rights group, also criticized the culture of secrecy associated with the violation of international laws, which it said afforded impunity to those acting unlawfully.
The "nongovernmental human rights group" that organized this international circle jerk is not named. In fact, in the NY Times version of this story, they aren't even mentioned.

My knee jerk response is "HOW DARE ANYONE FROM SOUTH AFRICA EVEN MENTION THE TERM HUMAN RIGHTS!!!" My second response is not so knee jerk...as one of the participants was Mary Robinson. Ms. Robinson chaired the UN Conference on Racism in Durban, South Africa a number of years ago. It turned into an anti-Semitic Jew bashing event of which she did nothing to control. That, again, brings up the question as to which "nongovernmental human rights group" organized the fiesta of fawning?

The panel recognized the threat posed by terrorism and that states have a legal duty reinforced by UN resolutions to protect their citizens. But their actions must be in accordance with the requirements of international law, Chaskalson said. "Otherwise they become lawbreakers" with serious consequences for their own societies and international order, he said.
They cut off heads of non-combatants...we make them wear women's underwear. International law seems to be biased against cross-dressing Muslims. Were I a cross dressing Muslim, I would be offended...unless I was in Iran...then I would be dead.

Muslims did this...

AND THIS...

AND MUCH, MUCH MORE...

Oh...but you can't attribute the acts of a comparative handful of radicals to that of an entire religion...
Can't I?
Watch me....

MUSLIMS DID THIS...

It's time to drop the pretense that the entire Muslim religion is not rife with enablers, sympathizers and outright supporters of this butchery.

Incidentally:
(Pew Research Center)
One in four younger U.S. Muslims say suicide bombings to defend their religion are acceptable at least in some circumstances...

That's 25% of young Muslims who say that suicide bombings are just A-OK with them. Well, that makes atleast 25% of young US Muslims lower than the mud caked into the tread of a boot. By association, the justification they use to accommodate this troglodytical position is the fact that they are Muslim. They "defend" their religion against cartoons. They "defend" their religion against film makers. They "defend" their religion against publishers.

MUSLIMS DID THIS...

In my opinion...that so-called religion sucks...
