This has got to be the most politically correct stupidity so far. Ok...ready? I'm going to write a sentence that, apparently, offends. Here goes:
"My car was going too fast so I tapped the brakes to retard the velocity a bit."
That's right. The above sentence is offensive to some folks. Those same folks think that everyone should be offended and refuse to use the word retard. You can't ban words with more than one meaning. It's idiotic.
