That's right, folks. Chicago con Obama lost out to scoped automatic weapons on the back of motorcycles in downtown N. Rio ( Dom Helder Câmara and dos Democráticos to be precise).
To be fair...downtown Chicago is a cesspool of juvie violence as well. Perhaps not quite as brazen, however.
