T.G.I. FRIED DAYS (NY Post)

Give me a cheeseburger, some jalapeno poppers and a bag of cocaine, please.

Police padlocked a T.G.I. Friday's in the Financial District after the eatery's workers allegedly turned a blind eye to drug dealing at their bar for at least seven years.

Many of the drug buyers were Wall Street traders, brokers and bankers who liked to spend their nights getting high after the market spent the day going low.
Heh...I used to work in the office building that housed this Friday's. It's at 47 Broadway (Exchange Place/Trinity Place). I can assure you that I never ordered "off the menu." But, it makes sense now.

I was always surprised to see such a well heeled clientele in such a dumply little bistro chain. Now I know why.
