I was perusing an article this morning concerning the deal being worked out between the Ukraine and Russia on monitoring the natural gas pipeline. It was all very interesting, and is obviously an instramental issue that needs to be resolved so that the EU can have the peace of mind in knowing that they won't all be huddled around a candle this winter. However, attached to the article was a photo of Yulia Tymoshenko (Prime Minister of the Ukraine) leaning over in discussion with Czech prime minister, Mirek Topolanek.
